The Bella team will work with you to create your “Dream Kitchen or Bath ” for whatever budget you may have.
Stop by our showroom and one of our consultants can show you around and explain all the different product selections we have. Because we feature so many manufacturers; in addition to our own cabinet line, we can provide you the best value for the money.
An initial consultation meeting can be set up in the showroom with one of our Kitchen Designers to review the scope of your project. Please have in mind your budget requirements as we have multiple product lines to choose from at different price points. We want to make sure we can lead you to the right product line and not have your cost exceed your budget. By taking your ideas as well as our input about the cabinet design, style, lighting and counter top surfaces we will develop a list of needs and priorities for your project.
The next step will be an in home visit by our designer to take some exact wall measurements and create a working diagram of your kitchen. There is a small fee for this thorough in-home visit. With this information we will work up and provide you an estimated cost for your project. This cost will take into consideration all aspects of the project as we have discussed in the initial consultation and in home visit.
Once you have accepted the estimate and are ready to move forward; we will collect the commitment fee to start the actual drawings, schematics and elevations of your “New Kitchen”. Upon acceptance of the final drawings, a payment schedule for the remainder of the contract will be drawn up and the date will be set to begin!
